More About Me

Welcome to the Tumblr page of ‘The American Soundtrack’, a new art project by Siard Bijkersma.
The purpose of this page is to serve as a platform for illustrations, art, interviews, music and storytellings. This will be combined with an ‘American’ and film-influenced perspective.
One of the main stories Siard is working on right now is about two fictional characters, two ex-lovers, Emma Winnick and Sumner Phoenix. Most of the story has been drafted up, but as he creates new material the missing pieces will fall into place. Told through a sequence of illustrations , you can follow the story and progress daily/weekly.
